Emits bounded development diagnostics at log, warning, and error levels through the active host. Debug output is intentionally separate from UI status, structured Results, and production telemetry.

Use concise category and context values while diagnosing local behavior, then remove noisy output before release.

Never log tokens, credentials, personal data, or full sensitive storage and server payloads.
