Recipe: add typed navigation

Move through named routes, generate canonical locations, and return through application-owned history.

You will build Home → workspace 7 → release-notes in edit mode, then return through the router stack.

This first navigation recipe keeps history inside Luau. Browser URL and system-Back integration are a separate host-capability step.

This recipe proves the Luau navigation stack, not browser History integration. Add that capability only after the in-memory route model behaves correctly.
