Quick start: run your first app

Create a starter, understand its files, make one visible change, verify it, and open the live preview.

Complete Installation and confirm luastra doctor reports PASS before starting.

Run the commands from the project directory. The CLI prints one JSON object per completed command; result=PASS means the step succeeded, while failures begin with Luastra: on stderr.

Do not open dist/web/index.html with file://. Luastra does not yet ship a separate serve command; luastra run is the supported local preview, while deployment or another HTTP server owns a built dist/web directory.
