Creates a missing or empty directory, copies the starter, and derives a project id from the directory name.
When to use it
Start here once Luastra is installed and doctor passes.
- The created tree contains luastra.json, src/main.luau, tests/smoke.luau, assets/, and the starter license.
- Open src/main.luau first: it owns state, event handling, and the rendered screen.
- luastra.json declares which modules may be imported and which host capabilities the app may use.
