Install Luastra

0.5.0-alpha release boundary

Install a checksum-verified, host-specific SDK into an immutable version directory.

First run node --version and confirm v24 or newer. Then use the online installer on macOS or Linux, or download the same installer and run it with Node on Windows.

The installer writes only under your user-owned .luastra directory and does not edit shell configuration. If luastra is not found afterward, add the bin directory to PATH, open a new terminal, then run luastra version and luastra doctor.

SHA-256 proves equality with the manifest obtained from the release channel. The source alpha does not claim publisher signatures, Apple notarization, Windows Authenticode, GUI installers, or stores.
