4. Preview and interact

Starts a watch-mode server on 127.0.0.1, prints the authoritative READY URL, and rebuilds after saved changes.
When to use it
Use this during development after check and test pass.
- The page should show your edited title and a Continue button.
- Each press updates module state through app.handle and the next render shows a larger interaction count.
- Keep the terminal open while previewing; Ctrl+C stops the local server.
