Validate the manifest and strict module graph first, then run the route, snapshot, and rejection behavior test.
When to use it
Run from routed-reading-list after all three files are saved.
- check must report result=PASS and project=dev.luastra.routed-reading-list.
- test must report tests=1 and passed=1.
- This proves pure routing, encoding, validation, and restoration logic; it does not prove that a host persisted bytes.
