1. Create the project

The CLI creates the normal project structure. Enter that directory before replacing the three files below.
When to use it
Run this in the parent directory where the new project folder should be created.
- Expect JSON with result=PASS.
- You should now have luastra.json, src/main.luau, and tests/smoke.luau.
- If create rejects the destination, choose a missing or empty safe directory rather than deleting existing work.
