Best-effort support boundaries for pre-release software.
When to use it
Read this before requesting help, filing a reproducible defect, or proposing a bounded feature.
- The source alpha has no service-level, response-time, production, or compatibility commitment.
- A defect report should include the exact version, host and target, minimal reproduction, expected and actual behavior, and sanitized error output.
- Public issues are for reproducible defects; Discussions are for usage and design questions.
- Use support@luastra.dev only when a support or conduct enquiry contains context that should not be public.
